HV ANSI (American standard) transformer bushing
The American standard transformer porcelain bushing is a high-voltage insulation through wall accessory developed and produced strictly in
accordance with the ANSI/IEEE American standard for power equipment.
The main body is made of high-strength porcelain material and comes standard with a porcelain white appearance.
It is mainly used for insulation isolation, mechanical support, and high-voltage conductive sealing between the high-voltage and low-voltage
winding leads of transformers and the box, isolating live conductors from the transformer metal box, and preventing electrical faults such as
leakage, breakdown, and creepage flashover.
1. Installation position: The top and side wall lead installation positions of the transformer box are compatible with the American
standard flange installation hole positions, and can be installed vertically or horizontally, compatible with conventional transformer
assembly processes.
2. Rated voltage range: 1kV-35kV full specification coverage, fully compliant with ANSI American standard voltage level classification
standards.
3. Power frequency withstand voltage performance: Low voltage side (1kV-10kV) power frequency withstand voltage 42kV/min;
High voltage side (15kV-35kV) power frequency withstand voltage of 95kV/min;
The flange to ground power frequency withstand voltage is 35kV/min, without breakdown or flashover phenomenon;
The power frequency withstand voltage parameters can be designed and customized according to the actual project requirements of
customers.
4. Product appearance and material: full body porcelain white high-strength electrical ceramics, dense glaze smooth waterproof,
anti-aging, anti ultraviolet, anti pollution adhesion;
Built in high-purity copper conductive pole, with strong current carrying capacity and low temperature rise.
