YDK-6 Series Oil Level Gauge

YDK-6 series oil level gauge is characterized by threaded connection, convenient installation and reliable sealing; the main function is to monitor the oil level of the sealed transformer. When the oil level in the transformer tank drops to a certain position, the switch contact of the level gauge will be triggered .
This product is installed on the raised seat on the top of the transformer tank. The housing of the level gauge is made of aluminum alloy, and the surface can be treated with C5 corrosion protection. The vertical movement of the internal float is driven by a magnetic drive to actuate the switch mechanism. The float is made of oil-resistant, closed-cell foamed nitrile and oil-resistant rubber material to prevent damage caused by the penetration of transformer oil to the float, and to ensure buoyancy and stability.

Scope of use:

1. Installation position: on the oil tank cap, on the raised seat.

2. Environmental requirements: -30 ℃ to+80 ℃(can be customized according to user needs to support up to -45 ℃ to+80 ℃); Work environment requirements:-30℃～+125℃(customizable according to user needs, can support up to -45 ℃~+125 ℃).

3. Relative humidity: When the air temperature is 20 ℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 95%.

4. Protection level: IP56. Scope of application: Altitude 0~4000m.

5. Switch capacity: AC 220V 3A, DC 220V 1A.

6. Power frequency withstand voltage: normally open contact 2000V, 1min, normally closed contact or single pole double throw contact: phase to phase 1000V, 1min, ground 2000V, 1min.

7. Insulation performance: normally open contact 2500V, 500M Ω, normally closed contact or single pole double throw contact: phase to phase 1000V, 500M Ω, ground 2500V, 500M Ω.
