1.Characteristics
Each ring is custom manufactured according to the required ID, OD, and thickness. Higher strength permits an optimized balance between ring thickness and design margin, ensuring reliable performance while improving material efficiency.

2.Technical Performance Parameters
Performance specifications vary slightly according to thickness range (≤1.6mm, >1.6-3.0mm, and >3.0-6.0mm), as follows:

Thickness deviation is controlled within ±5.0% to ±7.5%. Performance density ranges from 1.0 to 1.3 g/cm³, increasing with thickness. Tensile strength (portrait/longitudinal direction) is no less than 100-110 MPa, while tensile strength (transverse direction) is no less than 75-85 MPa. Elongation is no less than 3.0% in the longitudinal direction and 4.0% in the transverse direction. Compressibility is controlled within 5.0%-10.0%. Shrinkage in the longitudinal, transverse, and thickness directions is kept within 0.5%-0.7%.

The product undergoes interlaminar bonding inspection to ensure no obvious rupture or roughness appears on the stripping surface. Water content does not exceed 6.0%, and ash content does not exceed 1.0%. Water extraction conductivity is controlled within 5.0-8.0 mS/m, and the pH of the aqueous extract remains stable between 6.0 and 9.0. Oil absorption is no less than 7.0%-11.0%, depending on thickness specification.
