The product is manufactured using different base paper thicknesses (0.05mm, 0.075mm, 0.08mm, and 0.13mm), with the following technical specifications:

Thickness ranges from 0.35±0.05mm to 0.80±0.10mm. Ash content does not exceed 0.7%-1.0%. Moisture content is controlled within 6.0%-9.0%. Diethyl ether content does not exceed 0.3%-0.5%. The pH of the water extract remains stable between 6.0 and 8.0. Polluted oil content does not exceed 0.1%.

Tensile strength (MD) is no less than 1.96-3.3 KN/m, and tensile strength (TD) is no less than 1.3-2.7 KN/m. Wrinkling is no less than 50%. Breakdown voltage is no less than 950-1000 V/layer. Electric conductivity is controlled within 8.0-10.0 mS/m.
